At Steer School of Dance, we offer both ISTD exam classes and non-syllabus classes. Our ISTD classes, including Modern, Ballet, and Tap, allow students to track and record their progress through exams. These exams not only help in monitoring individual growth but also contribute towards university applications with UCAS points awarded for higher-grade exams.
Our non-syllabus classes focus on core dance skills such as technique, flexibility, strength, tricks, and performance. Suitable for all ages, these classes include Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and Acro. We also participate in competitions, showcasing our students' skills and choreography against other local dance schools. These non-syllabus classes provide an opportunity to learn a wide range of styles and techniques, making dancers more versatile and expanding their repertoire.
Located in Little Wymondley, our dance school boasts a custom-built studio that provides an ideal environment for learning and honing dance skills. We believe in pushing our students to reach their fullest potential, while still maintaining a nurturing and caring environment. Our classes are intense and challenging, but usages are always fun and friendly.
