The school is affiliated with the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA), a leading dance teaching and examination board based in Brighton, England. With over 7,000 members across 55 countries, IDTA is recognised internationally for its contribution to the dance industry. Additionally, Stars Academy is affiliated with the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA), the oldest drama school in the UK. Under the presidency of eminent actor Benedict Cumberbatch, LAMDA continues to train and nurture talented individuals in the performing arts.
Principal Victoria Thompson, a Licentiate teacher with the International Dance Teachers Association (I. D. T. A), has been a key figure in shaping Stars Academy since its inception.
