The group classes/bootcamp are held at Munno Para and are designed to be enjoyable, motivating, informative, and easy. All fitness levels are welcome as the sessions cater to a variety of individuals. Stan incorporates a range of exercises using both bodyweight and equipment to ensure each class is unique. The duration of these sessions typically ranges from 45 minutes to an hour.
For those who find themselves pressed for time, the Mobile Personal Training option is ideal. With this service, clients can have a personal training session right in the comfort of their own home. Stan will bring all the necessary equipment, saving time on travel and providing uninterrupted support during the workout. This option is particularly beneficial for parents without access to childcare, individuals working from home looking for a lunch break workout, those with partners who work away, or anyone who prefers a personalised training experience.
