Regular in-person classes are available from Monday to Friday, with additional weekend morning sessions for those with busy weekday routines. For students unable to attend in-person or who prefer the comfort of their homes, online classes are offered via video conferencing from Monday to Thursday. The institute also provides specialized therapy classes, tailored to those dealing with ailments such as slip discs, cervical spondylosis, shoulder pain, and various lifestyle disorders, ensuring a path to general classes once health is restored.
The team at Sri Jayasaraswathi Yoga Institute is led by Shri Karthik Guruji, an ardent disciple of Dr. B K S Iyengar who established the institute to spread the profound benefits of Iyengar Yoga. Joining him are dedicated trainers like Priyanka, who transitioned from a career in the Oil & Gas industry to full-time Yoga instruction; Uma Maheswari Venkatesan, a science graduate and devoted yoga practitioner since 2011; and Sushma Janardhan, a committed trainer since 2017. Each instructor brings a unique blend of experience and passion, creating a nurturing environment for all students.
