Mike here, the organiser at Springfit Clubs in Crawley. I wanted to take a moment to share some updates and highlights from our club with you. We've got a lot of exciting stuff going on, so let's dive right in!
For the little ones aged 2 to 5 years, our FunFit programme mixes gymnastics and trampolining for a great introduction to these sports. Plus, we've got KinderGym classes focusing on gymnastics to help the kids develop those fundamental movement skills while having fun and making friends.
Fancy trying something new? Our trampoline classes are open to all ages and offer a thrilling experience along with health benefits like improved cardiovascular fitness and body coordination.
For those keen on gymnastics, we offer recreational classes catering to all abilities. Whether you’re a newbie or getting back into it, our experienced coaches are here to guide you through new skills and help improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination.
If Parkour is more your thing, we've got classes for that too. These sessions let you learn at your own pace, focusing on flips, jumps, and vaults in a safe environment.
Not forgetting the adults, we offer gymnastics and trampoline classes specifically for those aged 18 and above. These sessions are perfect for staying active, building strength, and improving overall fitness.
Safety is a top priority, so we've introduced trampoline grip socks for all classes using trampolines. This helps ensure a secure grip and reduces the risk of injury.
We love celebrating our members' achievements and regularly organise competitions and events. Recent comps like the Summer Beam and Trampette Competitions saw some fantastic skills on display – hats off to everyone who took part.
Lastly, we do have some closure dates over Christmas to give everyone a chance to recharge and enjoy the festive season.
