In addition to our cardio equipment, we have a selection of weight machines that allow you to isolate specific body parts or complete compound movements. Our lifting racks also include multi-function equipment such as battle ropes and a swivel chin-up bar. We have a wide range of hand weights, from just a few kilos to 50 kilogrammes per hand weight, as well as ezy bar weights and a selection of kettlebells.
