This 5-week series is designed to help participants build strength, improve balance, and find a harmonious balance between muscle strength and flexibility. Embrace the challenge at your own pace while enjoying a mix of Pilates, ballet, and yoga micro movements. Classes are fun, engaging, and focus on cultivating a healthy relationship with oneself.
