Understanding that schedules vary, Spikes Gym has flexible opening times. It's open Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm, and 4pm to 9pm, Saturdays from 9am to 2pm, and Sundays from 9am to 1pm. Hours may vary during holidays, so check the Google business page for updates.
