SOYA Yoga Teacher Training

The SOYA Yoga Teacher Training studio in Penticton has been training yoga teachers since 1995, offering a comprehensive and authentic approach to developing yoga teachers. With a Yoga Alliance Approved program, over 900 teachers have trusted SOYA to start or advance their yoga journey. The studio offers 200 Hour and 300 Hour Upgrade Yoga Teacher Training programs, as well as retreats, workshops, and opportunities to refresh yoga skills.

SOYA Yoga Teacher Training prides itself on offering small group training rooted in authentic yoga traditions. The curriculum includes teachings on creative sequencing, building themes, voice and body language, and finding a market niche. Students also learn about the subtle anatomy of yoga, studying advanced energetic teachings such as Pranayama, Chakras, Mudras, Mantras, and more.
