The retreats also prioritise nourishment and healthy living, with daily healthy meals provided to fuel the body and support overall wellness. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about healthy cooking through cooking classes, allowing them to take their newfound knowledge back home with them.

To complement the rejuvenating activities, energising walks on Dartmoor are included in the itinerary. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, these walks provide a chance to connect with nature and enjoy the peaceful landscape.

Accommodation for the retreats is available at the Shippon, a charming rustic barn located just outside Totnes, with breathtaking views down to the River Dart. Designed with both small and large groups in mind, the Shippon provides comfortable and spacious living spaces, as well as outdoor dining areas and loungers to make the most of the pleasant weather.
