Southbridge Pool

The Southbridge Pool, located on High Street in Southbridge, offers a fantastic swimming experience for individuals and families in the community. Operated and managed by the Selwyn District Council, this heated pool is fully lifeguarded and open from Show Weekend (18 November 2023) to mid-March, depending on the weather.

The pool features a 25-metre long and 13-metre wide lane pool with a depth ranging from 0. 9 to 1. 8 metres. There is also a paddling pool, measuring 5 metres by 6.

7 metres, perfect for young children and toddlers to enjoy water play. Additionally, the pool boasts a thrilling hydroslide for those aged 8 years and above.

To enhance the overall experience, Southbridge Pool offers new change facilities, ensuring comfort and convenience for swimmers. The pool is open during the school term from Monday to Friday, from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. During school holidays, weekends, and public holidays, the pool hours extend from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. It's important to note that the pool is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays for Swim Club use in February and March.

For admission, there is a season pass available for $150, providing unlimited access to the pool for the entire season. Alternatively, single entry can be obtained for $3, and a 10 x concession pass is available for $27.
