Southampton Yoga Association

Southampton Yoga Association (SYA) in the United Kingdom has been a cornerstone for Yoga enthusiasts since 1987. Located at Durley Memorial Hall in Southampton, this centre offers a broad spectrum of Yoga styles through monthly workshops.
