South Canterbury GymSports is excited to invite spectators to the annual South Island Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Timaru on the 7th and 8th of September 2024. This highly anticipated event, held at the Southern Trust Events Centre, will feature over 400 gymnasts from all corners of the South Island showcasing their talent and skills.
For those looking to enjoy a weekend of top-level gymnastics, be sure to mark your calendars! Spectators will have the chance to cheer on not only the visiting gymnasts but also show support for the local talent of South Canterbury GymSports. While the entry fee for spectators is yet to be confirmed, please note that only cash payments will be accepted as there is no EFTPOS available on-site.
During the event, spectators can refuel at the canteen upstairs, offering a range of hot and cold food and drinks to keep everyone energised throughout the competition. Your participation and support at the canteen will be much appreciated by the organisers and participants alike.
