At Soul Space Unlimited, I offer a range of services aimed at helping you find balance and transform your life from the inside out. Through safe and supportive sessions, we will explore the emotions and thoughts that may be holding you back, and work together to help you move forward in your life. My goal is to help you discover more acceptance and self-compassion, and provide you with the tools to make sustainable changes in your life.

One of the services I offer is an online Qigong course. Qigong is an accessible and gentle exercise that can have a range of benefits for both the body and mind. My self-paced Shibashi Qigong programme includes theory and practical videos that demonstrate the stretches and movements involved in the practise. This course is affordable at only 34 and is easy to learn, making it suitable for beginners.

I also offer EFT training retreats in Norfolk. These retreats are perfect for those who are interested in beginning their journey with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and gaining their Level 1 certificate. The retreats take place in a beautiful country barn conversion and include nutritional meals, allowing you to immerse yourself in a supportive and engaging environment.

For those looking for a more spiritual experience, I offer free short hypnosis sessions that can help you connect with your soul and the universe within. These sessions are designed to help you feel brighter, more resilient, and positive, and can be listened to every morning for 7 days for maximum results.

In addition to these services, I also offer a range of other programmes and sessions, including awareness practise, NLP coaching, long-term condition support, and wellbeing talks. I believe that transformation happens in every aspect of your life, and I am dedicated to coaching you in developing your own self-healing practise so that you can experience sustainable change.

I offer both online and in-person sessions, with a new venue available in Norwich on Mondays at Soma Wellbeing. For those who prefer in-person sessions, I have a garden room in North Walsham, Norfolk where sessions can take place. I also offer a special concession of 55 for NHS staff, support workers, carers, teachers, and therapists/practitioners.
