At Soul Shakha, we offer Vedic Meditation classes in Perth, Margaret River, and Busselton. Vedic Meditation is a simple and effortless technique that is practised for 20 minutes twice daily. It is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or experience level. Through regular practise, Vedic Meditation helps to reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and promote overall well-being.
As a meditation instructor, I approach teaching with compassion, joy, and wisdom. I provide a safe and welcoming space for my students to explore their inner and outer worlds. I weave ancient Vedic knowledge with light-hearted and relatable experiences, making the practise of meditation accessible and enjoyable.
In addition to Vedic Meditation classes, we also offer various courses and workshops to further enhance your meditation practise. We provide Vedic Mentoring, which provides personalised guidance and support for those who wish to deepen their practise. We also offer Advanced Technique courses for those who are ready to expand their knowledge and experience of Vedic Meditation.
