Prevalent in our lives. Through Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, I guide my students to heal and release these emotions, allowing them to tap into their inner wisdom and find clarity and purpose.
My approach to teaching Kundalini Yoga is rooted in the belief that the body, mind, and spirit are interconnected. By combining movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, I create a holistic practise that addresses the needs of the whole being. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, my classes are accessible and inclusive, allowing each individual to explore and embrace their unique journey.
In addition to weekly classes, I also offer Moon Ceremonies and Kundalini Goddess Ceremonies in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. These sacred rituals provide a space for deep healing and connexion with the divine feminine energy within. Through Kundalini activation and divine feminine healing, participants are able to awaken their intuition, strengthen their sense of self, and cultivate self-love.
Throughout my five years of teaching, I have honed my skills and integrated divine alchemy with traditional Kundalini Yoga practises. This has allowed me to create my own signature approach to spiritual growth, healing, empowerment, and transformation. I am dedicated to supporting my students on their journey to uncover their soul truth and life purpose.
As a channel of divine source energy, I intuitively guide my sessions, providing exactly what each individual needs. My teachings are grounded in self-care and self-compassion, offering nourishing practises and tools to help my students reclaim their energy and align with their truth.
