Not only did I start seeing physical changes in my body, but I also noticed a significant improvement in my mental health. Boxing has become my passion and has completely changed my life.
Before pursuing a career in fitness, I decided to become a certified personal trainer and boxing coach to help others on their fitness journey. I want to share the benefits of boxing that I have experienced firsthand and help others achieve their health and fitness goals. Soul Good Fitness was born out of my own personal transformation and passion for boxing.
