Accomplishment every time I complete a session. The discipline and routine of boxing training have helped me stay consistent with my workouts. Not only did I start seeing physical changes in my body, but I also noticed a significant improvement in my mental health. Boxing has become my passion and has completely changed my life.
Before pursuing a career in fitness, I decided to become a certified personal trainer and boxing coach to help others on their fitness journey. I want to share the benefits of boxing that I have experienced firsthand and help others achieve their health and fitness goals. Soul Good Fitness was born out of my own personal transformation and passion for boxing.
At Soul Good Fitness, we offer a range of programs, including personal training, boxing classes, and unique fitness classes like “Flow and Sting” that combine boxing and yoga. Our goal is to help individuals of all fitness levels kickstart their fitness journey, learn new skills, and achieve their health goals.
