About

Rebecca Scarlet Davies, founder of Sonic Sanctuary in Liverpool, had a vision – a place where people could connect, heal, and find their inner peace. Sonic Sanctuary was all about helping you hit reset in life using the power of sound and energy. If you’ve ever needed to get your head in the game or simply wanted to de-stress, this was the spot.

At Sonic Sanctuary, Rebecca offered a whole lineup of services, especially focusing on Reiki, meditation, and yoga. Rebecca, a pro in all three, ran courses from beginner to advanced levels. Fancy yourself a bit of a healer? You could dive into Reiki Level I and then advance to Level II, sharpening those skills over two informative days.

But that’s not all. Sonic Sanctuary was also known for its killer collection of Himalayan Singing Bowls. Hand-picked and brought all the way from Nepal, these bowls were perfect for anyone looking to harness some serious healing vibes. They came in various types, ideal for novices or pros alike.

Seeking some downtime on the weekend? Fridays and Saturdays were for Sonic Meditations, led by Rebecca herself. With the help of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and hand drums, she guided participants through deeply relaxing sessions that aimed to release tension and promote healing.

For a more tailored experience, Sonic Reiki treatments were on offer. These sessions combined Reiki with the harmonious sounds of Himalayan instruments, bringing your chakras back in line and leaving you refreshed and balanced.

Rebecca’s love for healing and helping people was well-known, as were the rave reviews from her clients. She even had the stage at Liverpool Royal Court rocking during a Sonic meditation journey back in 2019.

Sonic Sanctuary closed in September, but Rebecca remains grateful for the memories and community built. Keep an eye out – she’s hinted at new ventures on the horizon.

In a nutshell, Sonic Sanctuary was all about holistic healing and self-discovery in the heart of Liverpool. Rebecca Scarlet Davies crafted a sanctuary where folks could find peace and balance through Reiki, meditation, and sound healing. The impact she left? Absolutely legendary.
