The studio also offers Traditional Reformer classes, suitable for all levels, which focus on lengthening muscles and increasing core strength at a slower pace. For individuals requiring more specialised attention or dealing with specific needs, Sole Studios offers small group sessions for seniors and pre/post-natal clients. Limited to only 6 clients, these hands-on classes provide a slower pace and tailored exercises suitable for clients of all ages above 16.
