Solar and Lunar Retreat

Join Jo and Shelley for a rejuvenating and transformative long weekend in the heart of the mid-Wales valleys. The retreat will take place at Tyddyn Retreat, a spiritual haven known to many Ministry of Yoga students. It will be a unique experience filled with yoga, delicious food, and the warmth of wonderful company. This retreat beautifully combines Jo's Lunar, Yin, Slow, and Relaxing practices with Shelley's Solar, Yang, Dynamic, and Activating practices, creating a holistic experience designed to balance the energy within, leaving you refreshed and renewed. Shelley’s sessions will involve traditional yoga practices such as asana, pranayama, and meditation, as well as modern practices like 9D Breathwork. Jo will offer her classic yin yoga practice with shamanic elements, essential oils, and crystal work. As a qualified Lunar Moon Temple Priestess, Jo will also incorporate elements of this into each session, culminating in a Lunar Moon Fire Ceremony on Saturday evening. The retreat offers two accommodation options: Sole Occupancy for £400 per person (limited availability) and Shared Accommodation for £350 per person.
