SoHo Yoga Grange

SoHo Yoga Grange is a suburban sanctuary located in Grange, North Brisbane. Established with the intention of providing a breathing space for individuals, the yoga studio offers a range of classes and programmes suitable for all ages and levels of experience.

At SoHo Yoga Grange, students can choose from 35 studio classes per week or enjoy the convenience of on-demand classes from the comfort of their own homes. The classes are led by qualified teachers who are passionate about guiding students through their yoga practise. With a comprehensive schedule of classes, there is something to suit everyone's needs and preferences.

In addition to regular classes, SoHo Yoga Grange also offers a variety of courses, workshops, and retreats. From foundation courses for beginners to specialised workshops for regular practitioners, there are options available for individuals at all stages of their yoga journey. These courses and retreats are designed to provide a deeper understanding and exploration of yoga, helping students to enhance their practise and overall wellbeing.

One upcoming event is the “Closing The Stress Cycle” workshop with Kelly. This workshop aims to bring awareness to thought patterns associated with stress and help participants develop skills and tools to manage stress through meditation, breathwork, journaling, and a slow flow practise. Kelly, with a background in psychology, has a keen interest in the mind-body connexion.

Another workshop is the “Yintentions For The New Year” with Amanda. This workshop invites participants to reflect upon the past year and set positive intentions for the upcoming year through a soulful yin yoga journey through the Chakras. Incorporating yin yoga, meditation, journaling, and visualisation, this workshop aims to leave participants feeling calm, inspired, and empowered.

For those interested in pursuing a career in yoga, SoHo Yoga Grange offers yoga teacher training and immersion programmes. These programmes, including the 200Hr Vinyasa Yoga teacher training, 50Hr Yin Yoga teacher training, and 50Hr Restorative Yoga teacher training, are accredited by Yoga Alliance International Registry. Led by some of Brisbane's best yoga teachers, these programmes provide the opportunity for students to take their practise to the next level and embark on a new career path.
