Offering various training options, SOAR provides both group fitness sessions and small group sessions. The group fitness sessions cost $50 per week and include 8 strength and conditioning sessions each week, with the option for a free one-week trial. In addition, individuals who choose the group fitness option receive an initial consultation and movement assessment, regular strength and fitness testing, and access to nutrition advice. These sessions are suitable for those who want to improve their fitness, mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

For a more personalised approach, SOAR offers small group sessions for $80 per week. New training programmes are developed every 4 weeks, and participants receive individual focus throughout the entire session.

For those who prefer one-on-one coaching, SOAR offers personal training sessions for $75 per session or as part of a package. These exclusive training sessions provide individuals with personal plans, nutrition guidance, and goal setting. Like the small group sessions, personal training sessions focus on short-term and long-term goals. Participants receive individual attention during the entire session, along with video analysis of techniques and movement patterns.
