Sly Taekwondo, a well-known martial arts club in Sittingbourne, was founded by Chief Instructor Laszlo Butty, a true martial arts enthusiast. From a young age, Laszlo had a strong passion for various disciplines, such as wrestling and kickboxing, but it was in 1990 that he finally discovered his true connection with Taekwondo.
With unwavering dedication, Laszlo immersed himself in rigorous training and eventually attained his 1st Dan Black Belt in 1998. Fuelled by his personal journey and experiences, he started teaching children at his school, nurturing their skills and guiding them towards outstanding results in both national and international competitions.
In 2014, Laszlo was given the opportunity to instruct Taekwondo at a prominent London club. Encouraged and supported by his wife, he took a leap of faith and established Sly Taekwondo in 2015. Today, the club not only offers training sessions at various convenient locations but also provides private lessons carefully tailored to accommodate students of different levels and abilities.
Laszlo's ultimate goal is to assist his students in achieving their fullest potential on their martial arts journey. Regardless of their starting point, he strives to guide them towards the best possible outcomes, both physically and mentally.
