We are proud to have over 130 care homes participating in our Slow Yoga programme, with 35 fully qualified Slow Yoga teachers who are adept at providing interactive and enjoyable classes that benefit the physical and mental well-being of residents, staff, and visitors. We believe that the morale of the staff is essential in creating a positive and uplifting environment within care homes, and Slow Yoga is here to provide ongoing support through our specialised yoga sessions.
In addition, Slow Yoga has recently formed a partnership with the NHS and Surrey Downs Health & Care service, offering wellbeing yoga, meditation, and chi gong sessions for the dedicated members of the NHS staff.
