SlowLane Yoga, a Yoga club in Moonee Ponds, is excited to announce a variety of yoga classes happening throughout the week. These classes are designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels, with the aim of helping participants build strength, flexibility, and concentration, while also fostering a sense of balance and overall well-being.
On Sunday, February 4, there will be a Vinyasa Flow class led by Tanya Cepeda. This class is a dynamic and flowing yoga practice that focuses on the harmonious link between breath and movement. Regardless of your level of experience, this class is suitable for all, with variations and modifications of poses offered to accommodate everyone's needs.
Additionally, on the same day, there will be a Yin & Restore class guided by Nadine Den Mulder. Yin Yoga acts as a perfect complement to more vigorous styles of yoga, as it targets the energetic system and connective tissues of the body. It encourages deep mental and physical release, making it suitable for individuals of all levels.
Moving on to Monday, February 5, we have a Sunrise Flow & Meditation class with Niamh Pollins (substitute). This invigorating morning yoga practice focuses on building overall strength, flexibility, and concentration. Modifications of poses are offered, ensuring that all participants can take part in this class. To conclude the session, there will be a guided meditation that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and blissed out.
Lastly, on Monday, there will be another Vinyasa Flow class held by Cecily Chun. Similar to the previous Vinyasa Flow class, this session is a dynamic and flowing practice that emphasises the rhythmic connection between breath and movement. Irrespective of your level of experience, this class is suitable for everyone, as variations and modifications of poses are always available.
