The weights room has been enlarged by 25 square metres, accommodating new equipment such as an ISO Lat Machine, a Mid/Low Row machine, and a Preacher Bench. The gym also offers an Assault Airbike in its cardio area, which is known for effective calorie burning and cardiovascular conditioning.
