Led by Laraine Craig, BA, RMT, a dedicated Professor of Massage Therapy, the team offers a range of massage therapy services to address various conditions and concerns. Laraine's expertise and commitment to teaching set the tone for the high standards of care provided by the entire team. Jennifer Bartley, RMT, YTT200, brings her passion for movement and wellness to her practice, offering evening and weekend appointments to accommodate busy schedules. Megan Intven, RMT, and Adriana Pereira, BHSc, RMT, provide evidence-based and specialized treatments to support rehabilitation and overall health.
In addition to massage therapy, Simply Massage & Associates offers yoga classes to further enhance physical and mental well-being. Heather, Jennifer, Carrie, Andrea, and Mattison lead yoga sessions throughout the week, inviting clients to connect with their bodies and minds on the mat.
