The evening begins with a fun and energising Silent Disco Yoga session right on the beach. Each participant will receive a silent disco headset, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in the music and instruction, creating a truly magical outdoor yoga experience.
After the session, why not take advantage of the stunning Carlyon Bay and treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the sea? With a great selection of food and drinks vendors available, you can make the most of your time on the beach and soak up the relaxed atmosphere.
