And more connected. After practising as a student for a few years, Laura decided to deepen her practice and share her love for yoga with others. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and has been teaching ever since.
Laura's teaching style is gentle, yet empowering. She encourages her students to listen to their bodies, honour their limitations, and find joy in their practice. She believes that yoga is for everybody and strives to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all who walk through the doors of Side Door Yoga Studio.
When Laura is not on her mat, she can be found spending time with her two children, hiking in the beautiful Angus countryside, or reading a good book. She is grateful for the opportunity to guide her students on their own yoga journey and is committed to creating a supportive community where everyone can feel seen, heard, and valued.
