



Yoga, a qualified and experienced yoga instructor with a passion for helping others on their yoga journey. With 18 years of teaching experience and training in Austria, Thailand, and London, Sian offers both one-on-one sessions and group classes to individuals of all levels.
Sian's yoga journey has been greatly influenced by Sivananda, Iyengar, and Ashtanga yoga, with Ashtanga being her daily practise. She has dedicated the past 16 years to learning and practising under the guidance of her teacher, Hamish Hendry at Astanga Yoga London.
Sian is not only qualified to teach adults but also has experience in teaching kids' yoga (YogaBugs), as well as experiencing the benefits of yoga herself during pregnancy. Her multicultural background, being half Japanese and half British, brings a unique perspective to her teaching.
Ashtanga Yoga holds a special place in Sian's heart, as she loves its structure, grace, and the mental and physical strength it demands. She finds joy in witnessing the progress and growth of her students through consistent practise and enjoys challenging them to surpass their own expectations.
Located at Dunsden Village Hall, just 10 minutes from Henley, Sian offers group classes in a beautifully renovated space with underfloor heating and a stunning vaulted ceiling. The hall provides a peaceful and serene environment, with ample parking available.
Group classes offered include the Intermediate Ashtanga Class, Mixed Ability Yoga Class, ZOOM Mixed Ability Yoga Class, ZOOM Intermediate Ashtanga Class, ZOOM Lunchtime Yoga, and ZOOM Morning Yoga. Each class is designed to cater to different levels of experience.
For those who prefer more personalised attention or have specific requirements, Sian also offers private 1-2-1 sessions either at the client's home (currently socially distanced) or over Zoom. These private classes are tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.
Additionally, Sian offers corporate classes for teams looking to stay connected and active through yoga sessions. With clients including BBC, Ham Interiors, Justgiving, and many more, these classes provide a great way for employees to stay physically and mentally fit while working remotely.
