Established in 1965 by the visionary Hathayogi Shri Pundalik Ramchandra Nikam Guruji, Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir (SAYK) serves as a sanctuary for Yoga enthusiasts from all walks of life. Situated in the heart of Girgaum, Mumbai, this studio prides itself on providing Yoga instruction free of charge, thanks to a committed network of over 2500 selfless volunteers. Inspired by the mantra "Selfless Service" (Seva Vrata), SAYK aims to make Yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances.

Accredited as a Leading Yoga Institute by the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, SAYK offers a range of meticulously designed courses such as Yoga Wellness Instructor, Yoga Teacher & Evaluator, Yoga Protocol Instructor, and Yoga Volunteer programs. Through these well-structured curriculums, SAYK has successfully trained 210 certified yoga teachers, ensuring consistency and quality in Yoga education.
