Shiregreen Cricket Club

Shiregreen Cricket Club, located in Shiregreen, Sheffield, is a welcoming home for cricket enthusiasts. They've claimed victories against Maltby Miners Welfare CC, Rotherham 1st XI by 8 wickets, Penistone Cricket & Sports Club 2nd XI by 9 wickets, Wickersley Old Village CC 1st XI by 4 wickets, Whiston Forge CC 1st XI by 56 runs, and Doncaster Town CC 2nd XI by 77 runs.

The club has celebrated individual successes too. Arsalan Mir is the top run scorer with 761 runs while Malik Jamshed holds the highest individual score of 115. Abdul Qayoom shines in the second XI team with an average of 82.

In the Championship Division of the Yorkshire Cricket Southern League, Shiregreen CC's first XI team is currently holding second place with a net run rate of 0.85 and 12 points earned.
