That's when Shine Studio was born. I wanted to create a space where others could experience the same transformation and regain control of their health and happiness. Shine Studio is not just a gym, but a place where you can feel comfortable and supported throughout your fitness journey.

At Shine, we offer Small Group Personal Training and One-to-One Coaching options to cater to your needs and preferences. Our Small Group Training allows you to workout with a maximum of 4 other individuals, providing a supportive community that will motivate and encourage you. Our One-to-One Coaching provides a completely personalised experience, where you can work closely with our coaches to achieve your goals.

Speaking of our coaches, we have a team of highly qualified professionals who are passionate about helping you succeed. Jacqui Chudleigh specialises in Strength Training and is a Nutrition Coach, while Michelle McAlpine is a GP Referral expert. Nick Chudleigh is our Mobility Specialist, ensuring that your body remains flexible and injury-free.

When you join Shine Studio, you'll have the opportunity to participate in our 4-week challenge. This challenge will not only change how you approach fitness and nutrition, but it will also kickstart your journey towards a healthier lifestyle. We believe that taking action to get started is the hardest part, but once you've taken that first step, we'll take care of the rest.
