The Werribee dojo is a new addition to Shindo Karate, expected to open in Term 1 of 2023. It is conveniently located at Lollypop Creek Primary School on 114 Shipwright Parade, Werribee Victoria, 3030. The dojo offers classes for both Little Ninjas and Juniors, with classes taking place on Tuesdays and Fridays. The Little Ninjas class runs from 5:30pm to 6:00pm, while the Juniors class is from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
Sensei Craig Stuart, the dojo instructor, holds impressive qualifications and skills in martial arts. He is a 4th Dan in Shindo Karate and WCA (World Combat Association) under Iain Abernethy. He also holds a 7th Dan in WCA and a 1st Dan in KUGB (Karate Union of Great Britain) under Sensei Andy Sherry. Sensei Craig Stuart is a qualified instructor in Bunkai/Practical Karate under Sensei Iain Abernethy and has 32 years of experience in the field.
He is also a Level 2 Silver NCAS (National Coaching Accreditation Scheme) coach and holds certifications in senior first aid and CPR. Additionally, he is a former member of the Victorian State Kata Team and the Australian Kata Team, both in the Veterans division.
