Sensei Alan is a retired officer of the Victorian Police and regularly visits Okinawa to train and gain further knowledge and guidance from masters in the birthplace of karate do. He specialises in self-defence and awareness and believes that karate should be taught in a friendly and welcoming environment without any restrictions on age or fitness levels.
