The timetable includes classes for Little Ninjas, Junior Beginners (White to Green), Junior Intermediate (Blue to Orange), and Junior Advanced & Seniors (Provisional Brown and above). The classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, each lasting approximately one hour.

Sensei Alan Hill is a highly qualified and skilled instructor who holds a 4th Dan Karate Black Belt and a 1st Kyu in Kubudo (Traditional Weapons). He has over twenty years of experience in Shindo Karate and is an accredited coach. Sensei Alan is a retired officer of the Victorian Police and regularly visits Okinawa to train and gain further knowledge and guidance from masters in the birthplace of karate do. He specialises in self-defence and awareness and believes that karate should be taught in a friendly and welcoming environment without any restrictions on age or fitness levels.
