Sheron, the owner-operator of the studio, studied Yoga at Santosha Yoga Institute on Nusa Lembongan, an island off Bali. For Sky Yoga classes, it is recommended to arrive 15 minutes early for setup. Mobile phones are not allowed in the studio, but mats, bolsters, blocks, and straps are provided for students' convenience.
