Sherin is a passionate and experienced yoga instructor based in Martyr Worthy, Hampshire, with plans to expand her classes into the Stroud area. She offers a range of yoga classes designed to nourish the mind, body, and soul.
One of her popular classes is the “You-Time Yin Yoga” session, which takes place on Sunday evenings. This class provides a deeply relaxing and meditative experience, accompanied by soothing music. Participants are encouraged to slow down, connect with themselves, and experience deep rest and healing. The class focuses on holding floor-based postures for extended periods, targeting the connective tissue.
Another class offered by Sherin is the “Fluid Flow Yoga” session, held on Monday evenings. This open-level vinyasa flow class combines breath work, physical movement, and relaxation at the end. Each class has a theme, such as gratitude or chakras, allowing participants to delve deeper into their practise. The class is suitable for all levels, and the first class is offered at a discounted rate.
Sherin's classes take place at the Martyr Worthy Village Hall, conveniently located with free parking available on Church Lane. Participants are requested to park tightly against the Church wall and avoid parking in the trackway/footpath adjacent to the village hall.
