Before arriving at She Knows Health:

1. If you're feeling under the weather or have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days later.

2. Show up no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. Wait outside or in your car. Keep personal items minimal and leave unnecessary stuff in your vehicle.

Upon arrival:

1. Use hand sanitizer before entering the clinic.

2. Only patients with appointments can enter. Friends or family should wait outside or in their car.

In the clinic:

1. Wear a mask throughout your visit. If you don't have one, Tara will provide it for you.

2. Physical distancing will be observed in the waiting area and treatment room.

3. High-touch surfaces will be disinfected, and all linens will be changed according to CMTBC and RMTBC standards.

After your appointment:

1. Use hand sanitizer before leaving the clinic.

2. Contactless payment is available via credit card or e-transfer. Receipts will be emailed.

3. Book your next appointment online or via email to reduce in-person contacts.
