Our unique self-defence programme focuses on empowerment and street-proven techniques, all within a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. We offer a range of programmes to cater to different needs and time commitments, from a short 2-hour hands-on workshop to an ongoing weekly course.
One of the highlights of training with She Fights Back is the full-body workout you'll experience. Our training sessions incorporate basic cardio moves like abs, squats, and burpees, along with fighting techniques such as punching, kicking, and elbowing pads. It's not just about learning to defend yourself, but also about getting fit and strong.
At She Fights Back, we believe that everyone is welcome regardless of age, size, or fitness level. Our training reproduces realistic scenarios that women may encounter on the streets, promoting a fun and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and welcome. Our weekly classes are held at the prestigious Krav Maga Defence Institute's headquarters located at 100 Chalmers Street in Surry Hills. During these classes, we cover a range of topics including situational awareness, preventing and de-escalating potential threats, essential fighting skills, and leveraging your natural instincts and reflexes to escape physical attacks.
She Fights Back is proud to be powered by the Krav Maga Defence Institute. Krav Maga is a world-renowned self-defence system developed in the Israeli Defence Force. It teaches modern and proven techniques that protect individuals regardless of their size or physical strength. By tapping into your natural defence responses, Krav Maga empowers you to handle stressful situations with confidence.
