Jo and Ben, the founders of Sheffield Yoga Nature, established their yoga studio and meditation practice in Sheffield, United Kingdom, back in 2004. Having started with the name Soul Shine Yoga, they later rebranded to reflect their intrinsic connection with nature and their mission to promote mindful living.
Offering a select range of classes, Sheffield Yoga Nature focuses on the holistic benefits of yoga. Their sessions encompass more than just physical exercise, encouraging students to embrace yogic lifestyles that attune to the seasons and foster a deep connection with the earth. Their philosophy emphasises regular practice with full awareness, rather than pushing the mind and body beyond their limits.
