Led by Trish, the classes are held at her boutique home studio, creating an intimate and nurturing environment for small groups of four.

The classes at She Energy Yoga are mostly gentle in form, focusing on breath awareness, relaxation, and meditation. Trish guides the class using the language of invitation, allowing each participant to take authority and find their own unique way to wellness. The small group programmes are created to explore the rich teachings of yoga, from ancient practises to today's modern concepts, providing individuals with tools to manage their present-day lifestyles.

In addition to regular classes, She Energy Yoga offers “Time for You” retreats, which are 2-3 hour sessions designed to provide women with a chance to reset, rest, and recover. These retreats are the perfect opportunity to step away from daily stresses and reconnect with yourself.

Trish, the founder of She Energy Yoga, is a dedicated and experienced yoga teacher. Her journey in yoga began in 2006, when she attended a class that focused on ease, strength, deep relaxation, and meditation. Inspired by the positive impact it had on her mind and body, Trish knew she wanted to share this experience with others. She holds an advanced Diploma in Hatha Yoga Teacher training, as well as additional qualifications in Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Trauma-sensitive Yoga, Restorative, and Therapeutic adjustments.

Trish believes in the connexion between the body and mind to promote overall health and wellbeing. She is constantly exploring ways to improve physical and mental health through practises like yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. She sees yoga as a powerful and explorative way to find peace and harmony in our lives, and believes that a daily yoga practise is essential for her own health and wellbeing.

One of Trish's specialities is guided relaxation, where the body and mind can rest and restore. Clients have shared that they experience not only immediate release of tension, but also a discovery of inner wisdom and peace during these sessions.
