Trudy from Feel Good is ready to welcome you to her gym, formerly known as Shape & Tone. Located in Chichester and moving to Aldwick, Bognor Regis in spring 2024, she’s cutting the membership fee to just £24.99. Trudy embraces everyone—regardless of shape, size, or age.
Feel Good is a family-run, independent studio offering a cosy and non-intimidating environment. It provides easy access with free parking. Trudy’s focus is straightforward: weight loss and toning up. The gym is equipped with the latest Shapemaster toning tables, 15 machines, and a small cardio area. Members get a full body composition analysis every fortnight to stay on track.
Trudy’s unique rehabilitation services stand out. Using electronic-powered Shapemaster equipment, members can exercise passively or actively, catering to all ages and abilities—especially beneficial for those managing conditions like arthritis or Parkinson's.
