Settle CC, based in Settle, Yorkshire, is here for cricket enthusiasts of all levels. Known for their success, they've clinched numerous championships in the Ribblesdale and Upper Airedale Junior Leagues and were North West League cup finalists in 2023.
With three senior league teams and youth teams from U5 to U13, there’s a place for everyone. Settle CC also champions Women’s, Girls’, and Softball squads. For a more laid-back experience, the Friendly XI is active on Sundays, and the Midweek 'Spanish' XI plays 16 fixtures throughout the season.
Since 2022, Walking Cricket has been available, catering to all ages. The club has hosted big matches against England Legends XI, a Barbados Invitation XI, and MCC games at their well-maintained ground.
Supported by dedicated volunteers, Settle CC is always on the lookout for new helping hands. Their commitment to excellence was recognised with the ECB’s Clubmark status in 2021, and they enjoy sponsorship from local businesses and individuals.
Their standout professional and coach, Sri Lankan all-rounder Ashen Silva, plays a key role in their ongoing success. With the merger of the Ribblesdale and Bolton leagues, Settle 1st XI now competes in the Northern League, while their 2nd and 3rd XIs play in the Westmorland League.
