The class then moves on to warming up the body with flowing gentle movements, followed by working deeper into the postures, whether from the floor up to standing or from sitting up to standing. These postures ground, strengthen, and tone the body.
The class concludes with breath-led strong and dynamic poses or gentle twists before transitioning to Shavasana, or Corpse pose, where participants are guided through a deep meditation or visualisation to relax and heal the whole body.
