Senior classes are held across the year and can be subscribed to on a quarterly basis. This class is for adults - from beginner to advanced. Based on skills / grade the class is divided into groups. All groups warm up together and undertake basics. Higher grades / black belts will work with different groups to provide guidance, support and knowledge on the techniques being taught.
The foundation of karate provides co-ordination, which is learnt through basic techniques and kata's. As you advance, you will start to learn and incorporate better mental focus (mindfulness), self-confidence, improved physical fitness (core, strength) and build around you a network of friends all on the same journey.
