Sei Tou Ken Yu Kai Canterbury Kendo Club is a Christchurch kendo club for members aged 10 and above. Based at 122 Barbadoes Street, just before Moorhouse Avenue, it brings kendo training and club development together, with members progressing through kyu grading. Founded by Alex Bennett in 1988 after an exchange to Chiba, Japan, the club supports ongoing practice and skills growth for both newer and established kendo learners.
