To provide convenience and flexibility for members, Seconds Out has a comprehensive timetable with various class times throughout the week. On Mondays, you can choose from box fitness at 6:15am and 5:00pm, Lindley's boxers at 9:30am and 5:45pm, and intermediate boxing at 6:30pm. Tuesdays offer box fitness at 6:15am, 5:00pm, and 7:30pm, Lindley's boxers at 9:30am and 5:45pm, masters boxing at 5:00pm, and boxing skills at 6:30pm. On Wednesdays, you can join box fitness at 4:45pm, junior box at 4:15pm, Lindley's boxers at 9:30am and 5:45pm, and intermediate boxing at 6:30pm.
Thursdays feature box fitness at 4:45pm.
