At Seasons Health Club, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to health and fitness. We believe that exercise should be fun and challenging, and our trained team is committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need every step of the way. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, we can tailor a programme to suit your individual goals and needs.
Unlike many other gyms, we have no joining fee and no lock-in period. We want to make fitness accessible to everyone, which is why our membership starts from just 40 per month. If you're not sure whether Seasons Health Club is right for you, we invite you to come in and try our gym for free. Talk to our team and meet some of our existing members, who can share why they've been with us for so long.
When you join Seasons Health Club, you not only gain access to our state-of-the-art facilities, but you also receive nutritional assistance and rehabilitation for complex injuries. Our team is here to support you in every aspect of your health and wellness journey.
In addition to our fitness programmes, we also offer a range of classes and services. You can join Josephine, one of our experienced trainers, in a Pilates, Barre Fitness, or Group Cycling class. Alternatively, you can book an appointment with our in-house therapist for a massage or other treatments to help you relax and rejuvenate.
Meet our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about health and fitness. Cam, a personal trainer at Seasons Health Club, has a degree in sports development and coaching, as well as a Masters degree. He specialises in pain and injury research and can provide valuable insights into improving your athletic performance.
Charlie, another personal trainer, is a keen footballer and plays for Beccles Caxton FC. He is qualified in Level 2 Personal Training and is studying Level 3 Personal Training. Charlie can assist you in improving your techniques and guide you in making the right dietary choices.
Josephine, a personal trainer and studio instructor, has over six years of experience in the fitness industry. She is qualified in Level 3 Personal Training and is also an instructor in various classes such as Pilates, Group Cycling, and Body Balance. Josephine's energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and you'll find her leading classes both in the gym and in our studio.
Keats, our apprentice personal trainer, is passionate about football and was a member of the Norwich City Football Academy. He is studying Level 3 Personal Training and has already made a positive impact at Seasons Health Club with his determined approach.
Ellen, the youngest member of our team, is still completing her A-levels and is in the gym on Saturdays only. She loves everything about sports and has been a keen runner since she was 9 years old. Ellen's dedication to fitness shines through, and she is a member of the Black Dog Running Club in Bungay.
